Parent Support Groups:
Parent support groups are facilitated in selected communities.  Groups highlight training and mentoring for positive interaction to build parenting skills.  Contact the UPLIFT office for more information.

Parenting classes can be arranged for groups or one on one.  The Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) curriculum will be used.  Classes are available for parents of children ages 2 years through the teen years.

Mom's Group- Held the 4th Monday of each month

A variety of things involving parenting and stress management are discussed.   Your questions and concerns are  always welcome during the open discussion time each month.
