Prevention & Early Intervention
UPLIFT promotes prevention and early intervention through outreach and public awareness activities as well as educational training events. In addition, Family Support Specialists assist families in accessing appropriate services to intervene early with a child who is at risk.
UPLIFT also serves as the Wyoming TANF At Risk Preschool Program grant administrator. In addition to providing fiscal administration and monitoring for this grant program, qualified UPLIFT staff also provide on site program monitoring and technical assistance.
