Teen Talk
Teen Talk is a monthly group for youth ages 14-19.
Teen Talk gives youth the opportunity to get involved in the community,
become supports for each other, and a place where you can just have some fun.

After School Program (ASP)
UPLIFT has partnered with the Peak Wellness
Center in Cheyenne to provide social skills
development for elementary age
children. This program is
designed for children who have or
exhibit symptoms of ADHD.

Books,

relating to childhood emotional disorders.
